Who we are

Refreshr is a d/b/a (assumed name) of JaROI LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio, Texas ("Refreshr", "we", "us"). These terms apply to getrefreshr.com and to every product you buy from us. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

What we sell

Refreshr sells digital study guides and practice tests, delivered as PDF downloads. Product descriptions and prices are shown on the products page. Prices are in US dollars.

Payment and delivery

Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, which may act as the seller of record for your order and calculate any sales tax that applies. Your download link is provided right after payment and by email. If a download doesn't arrive or doesn't work, email hello@getrefreshr.com.

Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, print and use it for your own study. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or use them to train or build other products. All content remains the property of JaROI LLC.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day full refund, no questions asked. See our refund policy.

No guarantee of results

Our products are study aids. We don't guarantee that you will pass any screening, assessment or test, or that you will be accepted to, or earn income from, any platform or employer. Screening content, formats and requirements are set by third parties and may change at any time.

No affiliation

Refreshr is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI-training company, platform or employer. Any names of third parties are used only to describe the kind of screenings our products help you prepare for.

Accuracy

We work hard to make our content accurate, but it may contain errors. It is educational material, not professional financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. If you find an error, please tell us and we'll correct it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you buy a product applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
