Refund policy

14-day full refund, no questions asked

If you're not happy with any Refreshr product, email hello@getrefreshr.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Send an email from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number or receipt. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Bundles and sale prices

A bundle is refunded as a whole, for the amount you actually paid. Products bought at a sale or discount price are refunded at the price paid.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If a file is damaged, incomplete or won't download, contact us at any time and we'll fix it or send a replacement.
