This policy explains what information Refreshr (a d/b/a of JaROI LLC, San Antonio, Texas) collects through getrefreshr.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Email address, when you join the launch list, request the free guide or enter it on the buyer bonus page.
Order details, when you buy: your name, email, the products bought and the amount paid. Payment card details are entered with and handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data, such as page requests logged by our web host and, if we add it, privacy-friendly site analytics that do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase and answer support requests; to send the emails you signed up for, such as launch news, the free guide and occasional product updates; and to understand which pages and products are useful. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and store: Stripe (payments and tax), Netlify (web hosting and form submissions), Google Workspace (our email) and, when we use one, an email newsletter provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@getrefreshr.com. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Children
Our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
